I should have added some Aleppo pepper I had here, too.

And, I too have a similar problem, I tried to make kefta, kubideh, kabob also, but mine kind of suck, and it is an insult to the ingredients I used. Seemingly easy, yet ever elusive. So, now I just end up buying mine from Al-Rasoul on Nolensville Rd, and enjoying those.

We do a CSA w/a meat component and I’m hoping we’ll get ground beef in our pick-up today! I’ll make sure to mix as little and possible and we’ll see how it goes!
