In reply to Janis. Thanks, Janis! That's so sweet of you to say and I'm happy you're enjoying my blog! On that particular recipe, it is prepared mustard. I do use dry mustard in recipes and think it's fantastic, too. Not as harsh as prepared. I have an egg salad recipe on my blog that uses dry and it makes such a difference.

I just found your website and have been looking through all your yummy recipes. I love your set up and how you critique the recipe. For this recipe, I’m wondering if the mustard called for is supposed to be dry mustard. It is in all my recipes for breakfast casseroles made with eggs and it ALWAYS tastes better for some reason when I add it. 🙂
