The calories will vary based on the brands and ingredients you use (types of cheese, type of meat, how many tortillas, etc). The calculations I list are based on what I use and may vary from recipe to recipe.

I didn’t use any oil, halved the cheeses, and used only 7 tortillas (they fit better in my dish with 3 1/2 per layer), and got it down to less than 300 calories per serving. Yum!

My daughter thought it was too spicy, though, even with only 1 can with chilis (and one regular), so maybe next time I’ll make a double batch with 3 cans plain and one can of tomatoes w/chilis, and try freezing half. Oh, and I may add the cream cheese in with the tomatoes to melt it and then get it more evenly distributed… but then it might be spread too thin to notice so I might have to use the full amount… decisions, decisions… 🙂

Using low-fat cream cheese, 8 tortillas, and 93% lean ground turkey, I get more like 400 calories per serving when serving 8 (with 26 grams of fat, 26g protein, and 18g carbs).
