Love this recipe, and I as well had never thought of using the broiler for a quesadilla . As soon as I can get out of my driveway ( Nashville snowstorm today ) I’ll go to Whole Foods and get the ingredients. It’s such a nice convenience that they have pre-cooked quinoa and brown rice! Looking forward to trying some of your other recipes. Next up Nutella Melt!!
