I made a double batch of these for a large function. Recipe makes a lot . I sprinkled chopped pecans on top of caramel layer. Also put in freezer, made them easier to cut. This recipe is a keeper! Oh, by the way I received several marriage proposals at the function, from both sexes!

I’m late commenting on these, however I did get to try one and they are fantastic. Since I’m not a huge coffee drinker, “espresso” in the title had me a little worried, however I loved every delicious bite. I’m definitely making these!
