Such a good idea. I just started a new job and the lunch time is shorter than what I am use to. So I’m trying to find healthier ways to put together a healthier lunch and snacks. U gave me some great ideas! Thank you! If you have any other ideas keep me posted please!

Hi Angela! Here’s a list of the items I packed in the pictures above. I didn’t keep track of exactly how much of each for this post as I did in the second post. I just kept each lunch under 400 calories total. It’s easy to pick what you like and make sure the total stays within your calorie budget.
broccoli
cauliflower
baby carrots
cheese sticks or snack-sized cheese (reduced-fat)
grapes
hard-boiled eggs
pickles
pickled okra
nuts
crackers
hummus
deli meat (like low-sodium turkey)

Hi Keti! I’d eat something small, like a small bite of dark chocolate. Dove Promises and Ghirardelli Squares are some great choices.

Hi Corinne!
Yes, for this particular lunch, I eat everything cold. They do keep well in the fridge for a week.

Do you eat the food cold, as there are from the fridge? Do they keep well for a whole week? I’ll like to try them. Tx for sharing.

I can’t tell what everything is and I definitely want to do something along these lines. I’m trying to put together a healthy diet plan that I can adhere to for the next month.
