It’s rare that I make homemade dressing, too, but when I do, I tend to love them! This salad is right up my alley, and sounds like the perfect complement to that whole meal.

I can’t believe all the years I wasted thinking I didn’t like salad when, in reality, I didn’t like bottled salad dressings. A simple dressing like this is the best way to actually enjoy a salad!
