We do! This sandwich seriously makes me drool. I was so happy with how well Crispin mingled into it. Plus apples make it healthy, right?! 🙂

My. Word! This looks so delicious! Croque Monsieur was what I would order when my friends + I would eat out the summer I spent Paris – because it was the first thing that would pop into my head from all of my French lessons AND because it is so delicious! I love that you not only incorporated the cider into the cheese sauce, but also the mustard! Seriously. We need to have a cider party and recreate all these recipes. YUM!
