It went into the fridge after about two hours or so. I think it tastes better more room temp than chilled, but it does have mayo and shouldn’t be left out too long like any other salads.

Um, freakin’ fabulous! I am guilty of dumping ranch dressing on my baked potatoes…along with all that other goodness. I wonder if you’d reduce the amount though? Seems like you’d need less ranch than mayo. In my head it makes sense. 😉
