Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my favourite cookies! I love it so much but It’s been a long time since I made them. I don’t know why! I must try to make these goodies again! I love they are slightly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, because it is the exactly the way I like them. Pinned!

These oatmeal cookies look perfect, Leah! I love the addition of chocolate chips. And I’ve never tried shortening in cookies, but it’s definitely worth it! Love these!

I felt like I was giving a secret away when I posted my Mom’s Mashed Potatoes! haha! I am loving these cookies! Oatmeal cookies have always been my favorite, I just love how hearty they are and the chewy texture!
