I am seriously this recipe’s stalker. I’m definitely going to have to check out Whole Foods or the dreaded Trader Joe’s (we only have one and parking is a nightmare so I never go) to find Burrata. Can’t wait to make this all summer long next year!

I am so glad you love this salad!!! It’s one of my favorite recipe I created all summer. I probably made it at least once a week. And burratta is so hard to find! They have it at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods, but I’ve gone a few times and they were out. Drat! So I’ve used mozzarella too and it’s a great substitute. What are we going to do when peaches are out of season?!?
