You could try roasting them in the oven. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic pepper and salt. Set oven to 425F and roast for 15-20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink when cut near the bone. You could also cook them in a skillet. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic pepper and salt. Cook pork about 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. For both of these methods, I’d add the sauce last instead of during cooking.
