I feel the same way – when something doesn’t take very long to make, I get worried that the simplicity of it will cause it to taste, well, not as good as a “labor-intensive” recipe. But sometimes simple, quick fixes like these create such masterpieces.

Thanks for the recipe – it’ll come in handy when I’m craving some legit homemade food in the middle of the week.

I’m always up for trying new lasagna recipes! I always use cottage cheese in my lasagna since I detest ricotta. The flavor doesn’t bother me, it’s the mealy texture of ricotta that I can’t get past. This looks good.

Never ever tried using uncooked lasagna noodles but now I think I will give it a try! May be tonight 🙂 Thanks Leah!
