But sometimes simple, quick fixes like these create such masterpieces.

Thanks for the recipe – it’ll come in handy when I’m craving some legit homemade food in the middle of the week.

I like ricotta, but I know what you mean from the texture. Sometimes I prefer the creamy cottage cheese, like in this one!

I always use cottage cheese in my lasagna since I detest ricotta. The flavor doesn’t bother me, it’s the mealy texture of ricotta that I can’t get past. This looks good.
