That is funny! Now that I think about it, we seem to always have corn on hand too! Maybe it is because it makes the perfect side, especially in the summer! I love how you dressed this corn up, it sounds amazing!

This sounds so good! I love corn and can never get enough of it — I’d leave out the bacon for a vegetarian dish, but I’m pretty certain my boyfriend would sneak some into his portion 😉

That is too funny – I always have corn on hand and serve it probably at least once a week. It’s just soo good. I love trying out new recipes to switch things up – this is a great side dish 🙂

We are corn lovers at my house too! And it sounds like this Rachero Corn is a winner! It combines my two favorite things- Ranch and Corn..perfection 🙂
