Interesting that it’s made with almond butter instead of peanut butter. But I bet either would be just as good. Looks delicious!

I love Giada!! She is my favorite! Although, after watching Thanksgiving Live and how drunk and obnoxious she was (and then cutting herself with a knife haha), I’ve kind of stopped watching her. I need to start back up cause I really do love her style of cooking. This salad looks killer!!

Oh boy, this like a really good salad, I wonder if you only dressed the amount yo are going to eat at a time, store dressing separately. Love all the components.

Aw, man. The salad sounds delicious, but definitely a meal that only I would enjoy (not the husband, too). I thought at first it’d be good to make and eat during the week for lunch at my desk, but I’m glad you shared your failed leftovers experience so I didn’t have to go through it, too. Womp, womp.

Giada is so great! I love her show too. I don’t understand how she can be so skinny mini with all that italian food she cooks. Lucky her. The dressing in this salad sounds delicious : )
