Hi Antoinette! So glad you found my blog! Hope you like the Curry Chicken as much as I did. I found these instructions from David Lebovitz regarding the ice cream without an ice cream maker. He’s a genius when it comes to ice cream, so I trust him. He suggests using a custard-based recipe, which this Super Lemon one is not, but I think you could get good results with a lot of stirring.
