I loved, loved, loved this. It only came in as my 2nd favorite to Alexandra’s crescent rolls stuffed with apples and cheese. But it was a close call!

My husband can vouch for the veracity of your note. I forgot to tell him it was a dip; he thought it was a pimento cheese spread and ate it cold on some crackers and loved it!

I went to lunch with Tabitha yesterday and she was talking about how amazing this was – did you know she made it for New Year’s Eve with her friends? I think I somehow forgot to eat it at the Favorite Things party – must make it soon to try it for myself!!
