I have hit the mother lode. Everyone has a few things for which they will pay top dollar. Be it shoes, cars, jewelry, etc. Mine? Food. Specifically? Chocolate. It’s such a cliche about women and chocolate, but oh baby with me it’s true!
I was searching the web for gifts under $30 bucks and found my way to Vosges Haut Chocolat. Fine chocolates and some with a twist (they have an entire section on chocolate with bacon)! I could spend all day on this site drooling over the chocolate. Funny that my cheap gift search led me to luxury chocolate! Does the internet know me or what? Nine little squares of fluffy goodness that have changed my life! I wish I had sound effects to accompany this post. Mmm mmm mmm, I have died and gone to marshmallow, chocolate, gooey caramel paradise! Let me copy their description:
So the story goes: We decided to make a new concoction using our leftover Bapchi’s Caramel Toffee crumbles; first making fluffy marshmallows with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans then stirring up bubbling sweet caramel. A touch of French Grande grey sea salt did the trick, and with a wave of dark chocolate and a sprinkle of Bapchi’s Caramel Toffee bits the result is positively addicting. We dare you to eat just one.
Note the Madagascar bourbon vanilla. I am now a vanilla snob since being introduced to this. I can’t say enough about these chocolates. If you have a gift to give or just need to pamper yourself, chocolate is the way to go!
