I make jam/freezer jam every year and this last time I grabbed a few boxes of instant pectin. It just doesn’t work for me. It won’t set up, the sugar sometimes says granulated…it’s an overall disaster. Cooking it couldn’t be easer. You don’t even have to stir. Dump it in the pot and set a timer. It’s worth it to not have to use the instant.
